Chat is available 24 hours a day with no wait times. To start a chat, simply launch the app and tap the chat icon at the top of the Home screen.
You can also manage your orders directly from self-service tools in your account, including:
- Preview your order
- Check an order’s status
- Update your recipient address
- Cancel an order
- View your order’s invoice
- Reorder
Just launch the app, tap the Menu icon in the upper-right corner, and tap My Orders.*
*Options available are determined by how far along your order is in the process
